I work between business operations and technology. My role is to understand how work actually moves through a company, identify where information or accountability breaks down, and turn that understanding into a system people can use.
I am currently a Systems & Operations Analyst at Truck Fleet and Fuel Logistics, where I have worked on order management, fuel transactions, financial integrations, reporting and operational controls. I am also the founder of Opsynth, a small operations-systems consultancy.
